Formed as an independent practice in 2004 and incorporated in 2005, Wiklund Research & Design, Inc. is a professional consulting firm that helps clients develop safe, usable, and satisfying products, as well as analyze complex human interactions.
Michael Wiklund is the firm's co-founder and president. A board-certified human factors professional, he holds design patents, has taught user interface development at Tufts University for 15 years, and has published several books and dozens of articles on human factors engineering.
Jonathan Kendler is the firm's co-founder and design director. A graduate of Tufts University/School of the Museum of Fine Arts, he has applied his human factors and visual design skills to develop and refine products so that they are both usable and attractive.
Supporting staff members include human factors specialists and technologists who are equally capable at research, design, and evaluation.
